*2.5 GPA for Vocational and college/university applicants,2.0 for students that obtain a GED.
– For students that are currently in college/university: Provide unofficial transcripts for your most recent semester.
– For students that are entering a college/university: Provide a letter of acceptance to the college/university in which you are attending.
– For students entering a vocational school: Provide proof of acceptance and curriculum for the fall semester.
– Transcript of grades required for all applicants.
– Can only be a recipient once.
– Submit proof of community service hours (8 hour minimum)
– Two letters of recommendation from the following: (1) Teacher or Professor and (1) Community Leader or Academic Leader
